Returns

Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

JC Fine Watches LLC sells only fully authenticated, carefully inspected timepieces. Because of the nature and value of our products, we maintain the following return policy:

  1. Eligibility Window
    Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the watch remains in the same condition as received and the tamper-evident security tag is still attached.

  2. Condition Requirements
    The watch, strap, accessories, and all included documentation must be returned exactly as delivered. Any sign of wear, alteration, sizing, or tag removal voids return eligibility.

  3. Return Authorization
    You must contact joel@jcfinewatches.com within the 3-day window to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping an item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  4. Shipping Method for Returns
    Returns must be shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or equivalent with full insurance and signature required. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. Refunds
    Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  6. Final Sale Items
    Watches marked as Final Sale, Consignment, or Special Order are not eligible for return.
