Thank you for choosing JC Fine Watches. By purchasing through our website or by direct invoice, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Authenticity Guarantee
    Every timepiece offered by JC Fine Watches LLC is guaranteed authentic. Each watch undergoes a multi-step verification process that includes inspection under magnification, reference checks against international databases, and confirmation of all components against factory specifications.

    Any parts replaced or refinished during authorized servicing are disclosed in the product listing for complete transparency. For watches acquired without original papers, JC Fine Watches may submit them for manufacturer service or authentication when appropriate to ensure accuracy and integrity.

  2. Condition Disclosure
    All condition grades and descriptions are based on detailed physical inspection and high-resolution imagery. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting or screen calibration. If in doubt, customers should email or call to confirm condition prior to placing an order.

  3. Authorized Dealer & Warranty Disclaimer
    JC Fine Watches LLC is an independent retailer and is not an Authorized Dealer (AD) or affiliated with any of the brands offered. All brand names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

    Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are honored directly through the manufacturer or its authorized service network according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. JC Fine Watches LLC does not alter, extend, or independently guarantee manufacturer warranties.

    Buyers are responsible for submitting any warranty claims directly through the manufacturer or its authorized service centers. JC Fine Watches LLC will provide proof of purchase or supporting documentation upon request to assist with warranty or service inquiries.

  4. Payment
    Payment must be received in full prior to shipment. We accept secure online payments via credit card or other listed processors. Orders are not binding until payment clears and confirmation is issued.

  5. Sales Tax
    JC Fine Watches LLC collects applicable New Mexico state sales tax for orders shipped within New Mexico. Customers outside of New Mexico are responsible for any use tax or import duties as required by their jurisdiction.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    JC Fine Watches LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, customer handling, or miscommunication after the item has been received and confirmed delivered. All shipments are fully insured until delivery is completed.

  7. Agreement Acceptance
    Completing a purchase constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Purchaser Agreement and all related policies available at www.jcfinewatches.com.
